SPlit Pea soup w/ Ham bone from Easter Sunday

HI!!!!!!!!!! I'M back again.............................. 2nd PIZZA for tonite !!! I told you this NEVER STOPS !!!!! ANyway it was a :::: RICOTTA Cheese , tomatoes, sauteed hot & sweet sausage , fresh mozz, garlic, parsley,& wild mushrooms !!!! YUMMO !!!! again ALL GONE !!!!!

ANOTHER request from my other son at a moments notice ( WELL STOCKED PANTRY & FRIG ) at all times !!!!! PIZZA :::: peppered bacon w/ onions & mushrooms , fire roasted tomatoes !!!! need I say LOTS of sliced GARLIC & fresh parsley !!!! YUMMO ♥♥♥♥

DINNER , was a request from my MARINE son who's home for a short time ! It was Rigatoni Alla Buttera !!! It was amazing as you will see!!!

HI !!!!! Everyone its been a few days since I've written !!!! SO SORRY and I do miss this I will continue , hopefully daily from now on .I think I'm kinda caught up well ,as can be expected for now . My MARINE son came home on HOLY Thursday , which was April 1 st last week as today is Friday OMG its been over A WEEK wow !!! TIME DOES FLY BY !!!! That was crazy enough but a family tradition is we go to NEW YORK , on GOOD FRIDAY , which I/we still did !!! NEED I say more then SAT was last minute shopping early for fresh produce , and the prepping had begun , then it was an EASTER FEAST (pics will follow ) !!! THEN just plain craziness w/ him home n regular tasks!! NOw weather is getting warmer I am also responsilbe for outside as well .SOMEONE has to work , ( I DO NOT ) so I do it all inside & outside !!! I will explain GOOD FRIDAY at another time it needs is own SPACE !!!

Good Evening everyone !!! Another , down pouring rainy day n CT !!!! dinner for boys/men was boneless organic chicken thighs over angel hair w/ vincents sauce ( from Little Italy ) & a nice caesar salad !!!! NO PICS !!! I then sauteed myself some sausage links removed from skins w/ leftover butternut squash n roasted garlic added some scallions!!!! AWESOME

Welcome everyone, it was and still is a VERY RAINY DAY n CT. and will be thru wed noon!!!!!
