PASTA FAGIOLI
Ingredients:
little bit EVOO
minced garlic I use lots 3-4 cloves
small onion
2 lg cans crushed tomatoes
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup ditalini
1 lg can cannellini beans
1 cup fresh peas or frozen
fresh basil & oregano can use dry
grated fresh cheese of choice 4 top
How to make:
cover bottom of pan with EVOO
add garlic and onions simmer 5-10 minutes
add tomatoes & broth bring to a boil
add fresh or dry herbs
add pasta & beans simmer 10-15 minutes
add peas last within the last 5 minutes
serve w/ freshly grated cheese
